Welcome to Midlife Magnifique!
These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of the services provided by Midlife Magnifique ("we", "our", "us").
By becoming a member of Midlife Magnifique, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or use our membership services.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years or older.
By registering for membership, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Membership Registration
To become a member, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Membership Fees and Payment
Membership fees are charged on a [monthly/annual] basis. The current membership fee is as per the purchased level of membership you subscribed to when creating your Midlife Magnifique Member Website Account, which may be subject to change.
You agree to pay the membership fee and any applicable taxes. Payment is due in advance of receiving membership benefits.
If we are unable to process your payment, your membership may be suspended or terminated.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at midlifemagnifique@gmail.com .
If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your membership.
5. Membership Benefits
As a member of Midlife Magnifique, you will have access to exclusive content, resources, events, and other benefits as described on our website.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of or discontinue any membership items or benefits at any time without prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse towards other members or our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your membership without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the membership are the property of Midlife Magnifique and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided as part of the membership without our express written permission from Dianne M. White.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midlife Magnifique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your membership or the use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your membership will not exceed the amount paid by you for the membership in the preceeding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your membership are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your membership will be resolved exclusively in the courts in the State of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
Your continued use of the membership services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
